Oquirrh Mountain Temple

The only word that comes to mind is BEAUTIFUL! It was such an amazing temple! We had so much fun and we got to take Madi and Ryler. Madi has never been in a Temple before and loved it! We got to show her everything and tell her as much as we could. She looked so pretty in her beautiful dress! After the Temple we went out to Sweet Tomatoes for dinner and it was delicious. We always have so much fun together! We just laugh until we almost fall out of our chairs! Ha Ha it makes me laugh now making this post!

I love that one thing that always makes a member feel welcome is that no matter where you are that there is a ward house or a temple that you will always recognize! It is so welcoming, I've heard of families that have moved hundreds of miles away and said that they know they will have one thing that welcomes them and it is the gospel! I am so grateful for it and all that it has done for my life! I am so grateful that we got to go the the temple and be sealed for all eternity! That in itself is amazing.

Macey's run

Monday we went for a walk to the store to get a few items and a nice lady offered the kids a balloon. Of course they accepted and Ryler is somewhere behind his:) we love going on walks around the neighborhood:)

Pretty boy

My poor son, my mom was watching Ryler and she sent me this picture! She had gotten a gift and put the bow on his head. He actually could make a really pretty girl ;)

Us+7 Peaks= Heaven on Earth

My Father-in-law Doug works at Xango and it was their company party and they took us with them. It was a BLAST! They catered dinner which was amazing for 7 peaks and then they gave us a ticket for two free treats at the park: fries, pretzel, snowie, nachos, strawberry smoothie and the list went on! We were spoiled! It was so much fun! The kids had fun playing in the water together and we ate so much food we wanted to die:) We loved playing on the kiddie pools and the wave pool is always fun, the one things we didn't do which we wish we did was the lazy river. Thanks for such a fun night!

Super Boy!!!

Ryler turns his bibs around and it is the cutest thing ever! I think it is so cute when he isn't even wearing a shirt and his diaper is sticking out a little! I just had to post these pictures!

Sunday Picnic

We went to a park by our house today for a picnic and it was so much fun, when we got there we saw a lady with 2 dogs and Ryler was interested....at first. Then he noticed that she had a disposable camera! Kids are so funny. It was cute to see him interact with animals and as you can see in the very last picture he wasn't the nicest. What baby is though? It was fun to spend some time together! We love you Buddy!

St George Trip!!!

Happy 4th of July

The 4th of July was interesting for us this year, because of our awesome trip to St. George;) We got home the morning of the 4th around 9, we all slept for about 3 hours once we pulled in and then we went and got lunch at Tucanos(aka yummy!) and then went home for another nap! With Ryler not feeling good he slept amazing! Yay! We decided we wanted Dairy Queen and since Branden was cheating on his diet we went for it! It was tons of fun! The only one near us is in Provo and we went all the way out there when they were hosting The Stadium of Fire! Bad idea! It was fun though, we just parked our car in some random parking lot and walked to Dairy Queen!

Happy 31st Birthday

For Branden's 31st Birthday we went to Cheesecake Factory and to see the movie Transformers! It was so fun, The Cheesecake Factory is always so delicious and being with Branden's family is always so much fun, the waitress we had mentioned how every time she would come by the table we would have tears in our eyes from laughing so hard. Going out with his family is like going out with our really really good friends! Thank you!

Happy Birthday Hunny! I love you so much! Thank you for being the best husband and daddy! You do so much for our family and we are so grateful for you! Thank you for being all that you are to provide for us and to show us you love us! I hope that the gift I got you really shows how much I do love you! (I hate the xbox, and for his birthday I got him 3 games for his xbox that he has been wanting that actually don't come out til September and November!) I love you so much and I am so grateful on that cold bitter day on January 10th that I met you and that we could fall in love and I could be sealed to my sweetheart for eternity!

My good friend Sara took these pictures for me down at Gateway Mall and we were taking them to give some to Branden for Father's day! I absolutely loved how they turned out! We had so much fun, we took them on the 1st of June and so I had to wait 3 weeks before I could show Branden. There are so many cute pictures I just couldn't post them all! Thanks Sara!

Father's Day with our Dads

We spent about half of Father's Day visiting our Dad's and it was really fun, we gave both of them pictures of Ryler and it was really fun to be able to spend time together with them. We ate dinner at my in laws. It was so delicious, thank you for such a fun night. We both have such amazing Dad's that would drop anything to do something for us. We both could turn to them for anything, thank you for being such amazing examples of what a man should be and for being everything that we've always needed! We love you!

Happy Father's Day

Father's Day is always fun, but this year was different than the ones we've had where now Branden has a child that lives with him all year, Its always so fun to have Madi call on Father's Day and Branden is always on cloud 9 after talking to her. He got to spend some good time with Ryler and Ryler and I made him breakfast in bed, Egg sandwich which is just what he ordered. We did his gifts just after breakfast and we were able to give him the gift we have been dying to give him for weeks. Ryler and I got our pictures done down at gateway and I printed some and framed them and all the other good ones I put into a mini photo album. Branden just loved it, he immediately started crying, he was so sweet. I wanted to post the one of him crying because it was so cute but at the end of today I would still like to be married ;) We got to relax a little and spend time together, we went to church and then off we went to spend time with our dads. Happy Belated Father's Day hunny, your a great father and thank you for all you do for the kids. We love you so much and thank you for being such an amazing example to our little family! I love you!

BBQ with the Bingham's

We went to my in laws for a get together with Jolene's brother Jeff, his wife Beverly, and their son Connor. They live in Texas so we don't get to see them very often and it was really fun. They went to the university of Utah bookstore and bought Utah shirts. Their son was here for the BYU football camp so we got some good laughs out of it. It was a really fun night and it was good to see them.

Nail Frenzy

Alright folks, I have set up a blog for my Nail business! I am very excited about it and It is going to show some of the things I can do. It doesn't have much on it now but I will continue to post. Hopefully this blog can generate more clientele for me, I hope everyone takes a look at it:) I will be posting monthly specials, so check them out and see what is going on! I have noticed with this economic downfall a drop in my business, so with the specials that are coming you can get a service done at a great price! S'more please

Tonight we decided to have a fire and we have found that it is so much easier to buy those logs that just burn instead of doing a real fire but tonight wasn't like normal. It was really hard to get started so Branden wrapped it in paper...that didn't work. We were trying everything. Finally which I wasn't happy about if put a little gas on the log. I was freaking out. It worked though:) we made 3 S'mores and it started raining. Did you know that 1 S'more has 200 calories? That's insane! It was a ton of fun, Ryler thought it was real exciting. He just loved that he got to have graham crackers for the first time. I think they are his new favorite treat. Really really messy though.

Mess? No way...

This is a typical day in my kitchen. Somedays are worse than others. Also remember the black appliances have finger prints and mouth marks all over them. I just live it up because one day when he is off in elementary im going to wish my kitchen was a disaster. You've gotta love these things or else you would go crazy:)

We have never done Ryler's hair any way but a faux hawk so we did it in a cute comb-over. He looks so awesome. Branden said he looks like a little missionary. I love how precious his little face is. He just has this soft look to his little features.

Belated Memorial Day!!

As you can see the weather on Memorial Day was not the nicest of weekends! We wanted to do something fun so the Saturday before we went and grabbed a sandwich at Subway and went to Utah Lake and had a very bitterly cold picnic. If I had half a brain I would have grabbed jackets for us, It was a lot colder by the lake. Duh Mindy! We walked around for a little bit and then came back home to check out and see if the pool was open, it was so Ryler got to stick his feet in and splash a little.

I dont just surf the internet......

We had so much fun at the pool for the first time. It wasn't a super warm and sunny day but I had taken half day off work to go to the pool so we went anyway! It was a lot of fun. Ryler loved it and was so good. There was another little girl in the pool who just hated it, she was screaming and crying. It was so sad. So we were convinced that Ryler is just good at everything;) once he figured out splashing he was having a ball. The picture of just his cute face had me in it too but he was splashing so much that my face was all scrunched up...pretty much I looked really dumb, so we cropped me out! We took some cute videos of Ryler I will try to post them! I feel so lucky that we have a pool right in our development! We can go there everyday if we wanted! What a fun day, Ryler was so cute and we just love playing in the water with him!
